Matthew R.
Walker
Meet Matthew R. Walker, the Managing Member of Walker REIG. Matthew graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College and Post University, earning his Associate in General Education and Bachelor of Science in Management, respectively. He also has certifications in Criminal Justice and the Basic Law Enforcement Training Course from Reinhardt University and a Contracting Officer's Representative Certificate from Defense Acquisition University. Matthew's expertise lies in real estate, with a focus on syndication, acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and financing. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as a Paratrooper in the U.S. Army and fought in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Meet Mr. Mark Walker, an Associate at Walker REIG and a skilled real estate bird dog. His primary responsibility is to search for motivated sellers and undervalued, underdeveloped properties for the company. With years of experience as a City Mail Carrier in the Wallace and greater Wilmington area, Mr. Walker has in-depth knowledge of various Eastern North Carolina communities. He is passionate about discovering potential investment opportunities and helping his team make informed decisions. Mr. Walker holds an Associate in Arts Degree from James Sprunt Community College and has completed some coursework at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

McNair
Meet Marshelia McNair, the principal Property Manager of Walker REIG. With years of management and leasing experience in Fayetteville, Wilmington, and Wallace markets, she coordinates all operations for Walker REIG. Marshelia is an expert in managing and leasing office, retail, and residential properties across all classes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master's in Counseling from Webster University. Marshelia also served in the U.S. Marine Corps for several years and is an Afghanistan war veteran.
